We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Assistant to help ensure our facility remains safe and functional! The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for maintaining the facility, equipment, and grounds are in a safe, clean, and compliant condition. Ensures building systems operate efficiently and supports a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Hours:

Complete preventive maintenance and safety inspections. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs. Participate in emergency preparedness activities and fire drills, etc.

Requirements:

•Must be able to pass a background check

•Must be able to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card Join our team as a Maintenance Assistant to help ensure our facility remains safe, efficient, and welcoming for all residents and staff!

Pay:

$18.00

•$21.00 per hour
