Requirements:

Maintenance Requirements:

General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, carpentry, landscaping, appliances, and OSHA-related standards. One or more industry specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or similar) is preferred. At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field is preferred. Reliable transportation and a working cell phone. Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English. Brings a positive, enthusiastic attitude to the team. Available to participate in on-call rotations when needed. Basic computer skills.

Admin Requirements:

A minimum of one year of sales or customer service experience. Comfort and ability to resolve conflict and provide a high level of customer care. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Time management and organizational skills. Goal orientated, self-starter work ethic. Associates and/or bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
