Position Summary We are looking for a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Onsite Property Coordinator to help keep our short-term rental homes guest-ready. This role serves as Klassi's eyes and ears in the field by maintaining property inventory, keeping homes stocked with supplies, completing routine property walkthroughs, supporting our cleaning team, and coordinating maintenance activities using established systems and procedures. Responsibilities Maintain inventory for each property, including towels, linens, kitchenware, cookware, and household items. Keep guest and cleaning supplies stocked, including paper products, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. Complete routine property walkthroughs to ensure homes are stocked, organized, well-maintained, and guest-ready. Perform quality checks on completed cleanings and provide feedback on recurring issues. Complete walkthroughs before owner stays to ensure homes are prepared. Identify and document missing inventory, maintenance concerns, or safety issues with photos and communicate them to the appropriate team member. Coordinate approved maintenance, contractor visits, and property access. Support cleaning operations through Breezeway and assist with onboarding and training new cleaners on company processes. Keep accurate records of inventory, supplies, maintenance, and property visits. Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. Comfortable driving between multiple properties throughout the day. Ability to lift and carry household supplies, inventory, and equipment (up to 50 pounds). Strong organizational and time management skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail. Comfortable using mobile apps and technology.
