Job Description

Maintenance Assistant / Handy Man/ Transportation Full Time Position Basic Maintenance knowledge needed We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Assistant to join our team and help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine Maintenance and repairs throughout the facility Complete work orders in a timely manner Assist with painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed Maintain grounds and common areas Conduct safety inspections and report hazards Assist with equipment setup and preventative maintenance Ensure compliance with facility safety standards Transporting residents to and from appointments if needed

Qualifications:
