Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Worker to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance tasks and be committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections of equipment, machinery, and facilities. Complete preventive maintenance activities. Diagnose and repair minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Maintain lighting, doors, shelving, and facility fixtures. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Maintain maintenance records and work orders. Operate hand and power tools safely. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Assist with facility improvement projects and equipment installations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
