Sienna Community Management has an opening for a Journeyman in our Maintenance Division. We are looking for a hard working and dedicated individual to fill this position. Duties involve all aspects of building maintenance including, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, flooring and minor landscaping. This position works under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager. We offer an attractive compensation package that includes medical, dental and vision benefits for full time employees after 60 days of employment, and paid time off after 90 days of employment. Applicants must have reliable transportation, tools, a valid driver license and auto insurance, and be able to pass drug/alcohol and background reference checks.
