Job Description

Maintenance person wanted for full-time position, Monday through Friday, at multiple property locations. Salary depending on experience.

MUST HAVE DEMONSTRATED MECHANICAL, HVAC, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING EXPERIENCE. MUST HAVE REFERENCES TO CONFIRM EXPERIENCE IN THESE AREAS. SALARY

$20 TO $26 PER

HOUR DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS.

Seeking qualified individual who is motivated to work, able to take directions, manage time and can communicate with other staff. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repair.
