Maintenance Physical Requirements:
Working in maintenance requires physical stamina to ensure the upkeep of both Z Fun and Waylon's. The use of tools and operating machinery is involved with maintaining and improving the facility. While also being able to lift, bend, kneel, and stand in higher temperature environments and colder winter ones.
Mental Requirements:
The mental requirements for working in maintenance include strong problem-solving skills to identify and address issues quickly. Attention to detail is essential to ensure tasks are completed properly and safely, especially when maintaining equipment or grounds. Workers must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, especially when dealing with multiple responsibilities. Good communication skills are important for coordinating with team members or reporting maintenance needs, and the ability to work independently is crucial for handling routine maintenance or unexpected situations without constant supervision.
