Apple Valley, CA Job Details Full-time $18 - $24 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Sanitation Pool maintenance High school diploma or GED Driver's License Meter reading Full Job Description Property Management company currently seeking to fill maintenance worker positions at multi-family mhp community located in Apple Valley, CA. Pay rate ranges from $18-$24 per hour, DOE. Part time position available. Workweek is from Thursday to Monday, 5 hours each day.Duties include:
- Cleaning and Maintenance of common area facilities and equipment, some of which include: o Pool care (trained, if inexperienced) o Irrigation and grounds maintenance o Painting o Janitorial o Streetlighting o Signage and mailbox installation o Assorted repairs o Trash control o Fencing repair o Meter reading
- Preventive maintenance throughout property, as assigned
- Working with vendors and contractors, as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Community maintenance experience desired
- Positive and courteous attitude toward team members, residents, affiliates and associates
