Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair HVAC systems, pumps, motors, compressors, overhead doors, gates, lighting, and related equipment. Complete facility and grounds maintenance, including lawn care and equipment operation. Perform work orders, preventive maintenance, and equipment inspections. Coordinate with outside contractors when needed. Maintain maintenance records and work order documentation. Follow all environmental, health, and safety requirements, including OSHA standards. Support operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience. Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience with 240V single- and three-phase electrical systems preferred. Valid driver's license required. Must pass background check and drug screening. Ability to obtain OSHA 30 certification within 30 days of hire.

Work Environment:

Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and odors. May require overtime, weekends, and on-call assignments.

Position Details:

Full-time, Monday-Friday with overtime and weekend work as needed.
