Job Description
Maintenance Assistant (Korean Preferred) Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure facilities, equipment, and work areas are maintained in good condition Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, or repair issues Assist with troubleshooting and basic repairs related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies Support preventive maintenance activities and keep accurate maintenance records Respond to maintenance requests and assist with urgent repair needs as required Communicate equipment and facility issues with supervisors and team members Maintain cleanliness and safety of facility areas, including workspaces, outdoor areas, and parking lots Assist with installation, repair, and improvement projects as needed Follow company safety procedures and comply with health and safety regulations Skills and Qualifications Basic knowledge of facility maintenance, mechanical systems, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC preferred Ability and willingness to learn equipment maintenance and repair procedures Ability to use basic hand tools and maintenance equipment safely Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions, manuals, safety procedures, and company policies Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift/move equipment as needed Previous maintenance, manufacturing, or facility experience is a plus Benefits Paid holidays Vacation and Sick days (PTO) Full Insurance (Health, Dental, Vision & Life) Hourly Range $18-22 / hour
