Key responsibilities include:
Completing maintenance requests and work ordersin a timely manner Performinggeneral maintenance tasksincluding painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs Assistingwithpreventative maintenanceto ensure building systemsremainin good working condition Maintaining thegrounds and landscapingto support strong curb appeal Assistingwithannual apartment inspectionsandidentifyingmaintenance needs Working with the Property Manager to coordinate vendors and order supplies Maintaining positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff Reporting lease or house rule violations when observed Responding appropriately toemergency maintenance situations Following company policies and procedures WhatWereLooking For Werelooking for someone who is dependable, organized, and committed tomaintaininghigh property standards.
