What will you do? Paint, hang, and repair drywall as needed, and install shelves, hooks, and closet rods Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, open clogged drains, and repair leaks Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing and removing weeds Ensure tools and equipment are in working order, and keep the maintenance room in neat condition Assist with loading or unloading trucks of maintenance parts and supplies Operate a company motor vehicle when necessary More about you Must be at least 18 years old No high school diploma or GED required Minimum of two years of previous experience in general maintenance and repair required Previous experience with fire and boiler heat systems preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Physical requirements Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling Ability to lift to 50 pounds Standing and walking 100% of the time Must be able to work outside in all types of weather Shift details Evenings as needed Days Evenings Holidays M-F Weekends 8hr shift
