Maintenance Assistant Description Are you a motivated and compassionate person dedicated to providing a rich living experience for our residents? Do you have an open heart for seniors? Do you love to come up with activities to engage people, in and out of the home? We are looking for a passionate Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing routine maintenance services to maintain resident units, appearance and sanitation of common areas, and the functionality of equipment and tool. Maintenance Requirements Assist the maintenance director with routine tasks and maintenance issues such as plumbing, deep cleaning, equipment repair Routine apartment turnover - drywall repair, painting, carpet cleaning, deep attention to detail to make the apartment ready for a new resident Follow PPE guidelines and chemical safety Respond to resident maintenance concerns in a timely manner Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the community and working areas Alignment with Tenfold core values: curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention and contribution
Requirements:
Maintenance Qualifications Prior experience with a variety of facility maintenance tasks highly preferred Able to pass applicable licensing DOJ and FBI background requirements Exceptional time management skills Ability to work Tuesday - Saturday (required)
