$19.50 Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Temporary Maintenance Technician to help maintain residential properties in safe, clean, and fully functional condition. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Complete basic repairs, painting, and unit clean-up/prep for occupancy Maintain property grounds including walkways, parking lots, lawns, and landscaping Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair needs Track work orders, maintenance supplies, and equipment usage Identify and report safety concerns or property issues Assist with general maintenance and property improvement projects

Qualifications:

Experience with general building maintenance, appliance repair, or landscaping preferred Knowledge of basic hand and power tools Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently Capable of performing physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation required Experience in construction or building trades is a plus
