• Complete routine repairs and respond to maintenance needs throughout the community. Use Your Technical Skills
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, and other building systems. Prepare Resident Apartments
• Make sure rooms are clean, safe, and ready for new residents. Promote Safety
• Support inspections, follow building codes, and maintain safety standards. Work with Contractors
• Coordinate with outside vendors and assist with larger repairs when needed. Support the Community
• Provide a friendly, helpful presence and assist residents and team members as needed. Take Pride in the Details
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. What You'll Bring Maintenance Experience
• Previous experience with repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or a related field preferred. Problem-Solving Skills
• The ability to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions. Hands-On Approach
• A willingness to take initiative and manage a variety of projects. People Skills
• A friendly, respectful attitude when working with residents, families, and team members. Flexibility
