The primary focus of this position is outdoor property upkeep, along with routine shop cleanup and organization. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling and may be a good fit for a student or someone looking for additional work. We are willing to work around school schedules.

Primary Responsibilities:

Mow lawns and maintain outdoor areas Weed-eat, remove weeds, and control overgrowth Perform routine property cleanup and maintenance Assist with basic landscape upkeep Apply weed and pest-control products as directed and according to product instructions Pick up trash, debris, and discarded materials around the property Keep the shop clean, orderly, and free of unnecessary clutter Sweep floors and clean work and storage areas Organize, label, and catalog parts and supplies Help ensure tools, materials, and parts are returned to their proper locations Notify management of maintenance issues or supplies that need to be replaced Assist with other general property and shop-related tasks as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

Dependable and able to work with minimal supervision Takes initiative and notices what needs to be done Pays close attention to detail Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to safely operate basic lawn and property-maintenance equipment Organized and able to follow an established system Willing to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking Previous landscaping, property maintenance, janitorial, warehouse, or shop experience is helpful but not required

Schedule:

Part time Flexible days and hours Scheduling can be arranged around school commitments

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
