We're looking for a hands-on Part-Time Maintenance Worker who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping others. In this role, you'll help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and team members.
What You'll Do Keep Things Running Smoothly:
Complete routine maintenance requests, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the community. Put Your Skills to
Work:
Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other general building maintenance needs.
Prepare Resident Apartments:
Help with apartment turnovers and ensure spaces are clean, safe, and ready for new residents. Support a
Safe Community:
Assist with inspections, identify potential safety concerns, and follow building and safety requirements. Work with
Vendors:
Coordinate with contractors and outside service providers when needed. Be a
Helping Hand:
Provide friendly, dependable support to residents and team members throughout the community. What We're Looking For Previous maintenance, repair, or general handyman experience preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general building maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
