What You'll Do Keep Things Running Smoothly:
Complete routine maintenance requests, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the community. Put Your Skills toWork:
Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other general building maintenance needs.Prepare Resident Apartments:
Help with apartment turnovers and ensure spaces are clean, safe, and ready for new residents. Support aSafe Community:
Assist with inspections, identify potential safety concerns, and follow building and safety requirements. Work withVendors:
Coordinate with contractors and outside service providers when needed. Be aHelping Hand:
Provide friendly, dependable support to residents and team members throughout the community. What We're Looking For Previous maintenance, repair, or general handyman experience preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general building maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working around seniors. Flexibility to assist with occasional weekend or evening needs.
