Will oversee 4-5 locations and execute a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong skills in drywall patch, level 1 or 2 electrical, and plumbing, carpentry, painting and other construction skills. Start at level 1 with the opportunity to advance to level 4 ( Pay increase each level ).
Key Responsibilities:
( Perform repairs including) Drywall patching, and finishing Level 1-2 electrical work (Ballasts, lighting, outlets, switches) Level 1-2 plumbing Ensure safety compliance and quality standards Communicate effectively with team members and management
Qualifications:
