Tenants Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks across commercial properties. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both routine maintenance and urgent repairs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) Troubleshoot and fix issues in a timely and professional manner Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs Handle minor renovations, installations, and improvements Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment Coordinate with management regarding repair needs, materials, and timelines Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general construction Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with commercial properties Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations Ability to handle multiple projects at once Work may include both scheduled maintenance and on-call/emergency repairs Must be dependable, responsive, and professional when interacting with tenants and vendors

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
