Job Description
Maintenance Our vision is to be the PREMIER Hospitality RV Company by employing the

service to every guest, every time. We believe that every member of the team plays an important role in the overall success of the company. Job Functions- Completes daily task list to company specified standards
- Responsible for electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs
- Performs maintenance of all equipment, tools and machinery
- Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance program
- Maintains pool chemical balance, pool cleaning and maintenance
- Reads electric meters
- Completes minor landscaping projects including planting, pruning, trimming and weeding
- Performs minor irrigation repairs
- Waters plants and removes undesirable landscaping
- Operates mechanical equipment including lawn mower, weedwacker, hedge trimmer and blower
- Assists with events set-up
- Assists with housekeeping and janitorial duties
- Assists in cleaning RV pads
- Completes painting projects as needed
- Performs resort inspections
- Must have friendly customer-service oriented demeanor Requirements
- English communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be available on weekends and on holidays
- Involves heavy lifting, digging and carrying equipment
- Knowledge of operation of landscaping, electrical and mechanical hand tools
- Has a working knowledge of plants, soils, pest and weed control
- Work with minimum supervision
