As a Maintenance Assistant, you help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community for residents, families, and team members.
What You'll Do:
- Complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders
- Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures)
- Assist with painting and refurbishing projects
- Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
- Maintain tools, equipment, and repair inventory
- Support carpet and floor care as needed
- Assist with suite "make-ready" preparation
- Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards
- Participate in emergency preparedness and fire drills
- Drive community vehicle as assigned You play a key role in safety, compliance, and day-to-day building operations.
