You will be responsible for maintenance, cleaning common areas, keeping the grounds free of all trash and debris throughout the property, including roads/walkways and common areas. Empty trash, dusting, and general cleaning. Weed Control and pruning of bushes. Daily chemical check of pool and spa and add chemicals as necessary, properly record pool/spa readings, sweep pool deck to assure tree debris has been cleared. Maintain work/storage areas in an organized and clean condition. Must communicate with community manager in case other tasks are required. Monthly meter reading. Distribute statements and other communication. Minor repairs and painting required. Plumbing experience preferred. Valid CA driver's license a must.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
