Maintenance Apprentice / Entry-Level Maintenance Worker Lake Elsinore Casino / Econo Lodge 20930 Malaga Road Lake Elsinore, CA 92530 Now Hiring - Learn a Skilled Trade! Lake Elsinore Casino and Econo Lodge are seeking a motivated and dependable individual interested in starting a career in facility maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn a skilled trade and gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced maintenance professionals. No extensive maintenance experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable and reliable attendance Positive attitude and ability to take direction Desire to develop skills in maintenance and facility repair Ability to work independently and as part of a team Someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to learning Job Responsibilities Assist Maintenance Technicians with daily maintenance tasks Learn basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, and general repair work Assist with preventative maintenance projects Help maintain the appearance and functionality of the property Operate hand tools and equipment safely Assist with repairs to doors, windows, furniture, fixtures, and other facility components Perform general labor and maintenance-related duties as assigned Qualifications Maintenance, construction, landscaping, janitorial, or related experience is a plus but not required Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed Ability to work both indoors and outdoors Must be dependable and willing to learn Must be able to follow instructions and work safely Must be 21 years of age or older Must pass a background check and drug screening Why Join Our Team?
