Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, hedge cutters, and hand tools safely and efficiently Maintain lawns through lawn care activities like aeration, overseeding, and irrigation system adjustments Conduct tree care including trimming, pruning, and removal to ensure safety and aesthetic standards Use equipment like excavators for landscaping projects or site preparation as needed Assist with hardscape installation and repair such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures Carry out snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure clear pathways and safe access Support general maintenance tasks including minor repairs around the property and equipment upkeep Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping or construction equipment Familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping machinery such as excavators or snow plows Knowledge of irrigation systems and tree care techniques including trimming and planting Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards during operation of machinery and tools Prior experience in landscaping, hardscape work, or general maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners Embark on a fulfilling career where your skills directly contribute to beautiful outdoor environments!
