If you're a hands-on professional who enjoys working in a close-knit, supportive environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies from tenants. Assist the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the properties. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address issues proactively. Assist with seasonal tasks such as landscaping, snow removal, and pool maintenance (if applicable).
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field. Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Friendly, professional demeanor with good communication skills. Must have reliable transportation for travel between the two locations.
