Maintenance Worker Position Available Now:

Available Position in the field as Construction/Maintenance Worker Property Management Company looking for: Full-Time Construction Worker to renovate apartments in the Greater Los Angeles area. Must have own tools. Must have reliable truck transportation. Must have valid driver license & proof of insurance. On-call rotation after probationary period completion The Maintenance Technician/Handyperson role involves a variety of tasks to keep apartments, buildings and equipment in good working order. Here are the key job duties, which are subject to change:

Repairs and Maintenance :

Follows written and verbal instructions from the maintenance supervisor and/or department Handles necessary repairs and maintenance for work orders assigned via AppFolio Update work order with necessary notes/pictures/status

Installation and Upkeep :

Install appliances and equipment Maintain a record of performed maintenance tasks on AppFolio. Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools Keep hand tools, power tools, and supplies organized and clean.

Safety and Compliance :

Follow local and state building codes. Comply with all company safety regulations.

Collaboration and Reporting :

Collaborate with other workers and professionals during renovations. We E-verify!

• Mileage reimbursement included in hourly compensation.
• After 1 month - health & benefits, employee is responsible for 50% of monthly premium.
