Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the routine cleaning, upkeep, and organization of facility spaces. Support maintenance staff with basic repairs and equipment handling. Move, organize, and transport materials or supplies as needed within the facility. Monitor facility conditions and report issues to the maintenance or supervisory team. Assist with set-up and breakdown of spaces for events or operational needs. Follow safety protocols and company policies in all tasks. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in facilities, custodial, or general labor roles is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and facility operations preferred but not required. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
