Job Description
Job Summary Formed in 2015, the Watt Avenue Partnership, also known as the "80 Watt PBID," manages a Property and Business Improvement District (PBID), designed to provide supplemental services within the District's boundaries. The 80 Watt PBID private, non-profit business association responsible for providing and managing supplemental programs to enhance safety and cleanliness and strengthen the overall economic and cultural well-being of the community of approximately 300 business across Watt Avenue, Roseville Road, Madison Avenue, Longview Drive, Orange Grove, Myrle Avenue, and Winina Way. The District now invites qualified contractors to submit a proposal for Cleanup, Maintenance, Litter Abatement, Graffiti Removal, and optional Street Sweeping Services as described herein.
