Rancho Cucamonga, CA Job Details Full-time $18 - $24 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications Sanitation Pool maintenance High school diploma or GED Driver's License Irrigation Full Job Description Property Management company currently seeking to fill maintenance worker positions at multi-family mhp community located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Pay rate ranges from $18-$24 per hour, DOE. Part time position available. Workweek is from Thursday to Monday, 5 hours each day.Duties include:
- Cleaning and Maintenance of common area facilities and equipment, some of which include: o Pool care (trained, if inexperienced) o Irrigation and grounds maintenance o Painting o Janitorial o Streetlighting o Signage and mailbox installation o Assorted repairs o Trash control o Fencing repair o Meter reading
- Preventive maintenance throughout property, as assigned
- Working with vendors and contractors, as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Community maintenance experience desired
- Positive and courteous attitude toward team members, residents, affiliates and associates
