Job Summary We are seeking a full-time Self-Storage Maintenance Foreman to oversee maintenance needs at facilities throughout the Inland Empire through San Diego County , Monday-Friday. Qualifications & Skills Qualified applicants should have: Experience with alarm and camera systems, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance Experience with: Landscaping and irrigation Painting Concrete/asphalt Framing Metalwork Facility maintenance At least 2 years of supervisory experience Experience supervising at least 2 employees Valid California driver's license Dependable personal vehicle and current auto insurance Ability and willingness to travel to multiple facilities 5 days per week A dependable vehicle, valid California driver's license, and current auto insurance are required.
