POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for general upkeep, sanitation and cleaning, and minor maintenance of facility.

Essential Functions Statement(s) Cleans and maintains floors daily Cleans and sanitizes all washroom facilities routinely. Empties waste baskets throughout the building. Vacuums, sweeps and dust offices. Maintains outside grounds and removes litter. May assist with moving of equipment and or office furniture. Assists with snow and ice removal when needed. Complete job related checklists and forms. Monitor pest control devices. Reporting relationships, work assignments, and work schedules are subject to change to meet company and business requirements. Attendance at work is an essential function of this job.
