Job Description
Custodian/Maintenance $22/hr, Aurora, CO Mon-Fri 8:00 PM-4:30 AM Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers Handle custodial duties with precision, including trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitation procedures to uphold hygiene standards Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting and manual handling activities to prevent injuries and maintain a safe work environment Support industrial or commercial cleaning projects as needed, demonstrating versatility across various environments Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles with knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning practices Skilled in operating cleaning equipment including floor buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and other custodial tools Strong understanding of sanitation standards and chemical handling safety procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices to prevent injuries
