As a Maintenance Assistant , you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff. Responsibilities Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment. Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks. Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive. Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours. Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs. Qualifications One year maintenance experience in property management or related field Possession of minimum tools required Ability to be available "on call" 24 hours, seven days a week High school diploma or equivalent, preferred Valid Driver's License Required Testing Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR Position Type Hourly Rate
  • $26/hr, Non-Exempt, Based on Experience Full-time Competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k) Position Location Lakewood, CO;

direct to Community Manager/Maintenance Supervisor.
