Able to bend, stretch and stand for extended periods of time. The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Valid Drivers License (required) Applicants must have their own car (required) Applicants must have their own tools. Applicants will be required to complete a background screening.
Requirements:
•Applicants must be available to work weekends•General mechanical knowledge, carpentry, electrical & etc required. Painting experience required. Ability to handle snow removal and general landscaping. Flexibility with scheduling & availability to work days or evenings as well as weekends & holidays. Able to lift up to 40 pounds.Able to bend, stretch and stand for extended periods of time. The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Valid Drivers License (required) Applicants must have their own car (required) Applicants must have their own tools. Applicants will be required to complete a background screening.
