Position Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Maintenance to oversee all aspects of building and grounds maintenance. In this essential role, you'll ensure that Cedar Woods remains a clean, safe, and fully operational environment for residents, employees, and visitors. This position includes supervisory responsibilities and requires a strong commitment to compliance with all community, local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant, equipment, and overall campus. Supervise the maintenance and general services team. Ensure strict adherence to all safety standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain reliable and efficient operations in alignment with Inspirit Senior Living's Mission, Vision, and Values. Collaborate with team members to support the safety and security of all residents, guests, and staff. Manage internal and external maintenance contractors. Operate and oversee building systems using the TELS program and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma, GED, or completion of a trade school program.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or maintenance within a long-term care setting.

Preferred Certifications:

HVAC and EPA certification preferred. Must be able to pass a TB test.
