Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Worker to provide essential support to our Facilities Manager. This role is highly hands-on and involves a mix of light construction, demolition, physical labor, and general maintenance duties to ensure our factory, offices, and grounds are kept safe and operational. 1
ST SHIFT:
7:00 - 3:30
Pay:
$20/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Support & Labor:
Demolition & Cleanup:
Assist with demolition projects in various areas, including offices, building extensions, restrooms, and breakrooms.
Relocation:
Physically move and relocate heavy items, including factory machinery and office furniture, as needed for floor plan changes or repairs.
Organization & Safety:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment across the entire facility (factory floor, storage areas, and yard).
Grounds & Exterior Maintenance:
Yard Work:
Perform basic grounds maintenance , including raking, shoveling, general cleanup, and maintaining the appearance of parking lots and building fronts.
Tool Use:
Proficiently and safely use outside equipment such as rakes, shovels, and landscaping tools.
Light Construction & Repairs:
Building Support:
Assist with minor construction projects, such as framing new office walls, installing production racks, and general assembly.
Utilities & Electrical:
Assist with pulling network/data cables and performing light electrical duties, such as changing light bulbs and basic fixture maintenance.
