• Maintenance Assistant Technician in Norwich CT We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Assistant Technician to join our apartment community team. Duties & Responsibilities
• Boiler repairs/troubleshooting
• Plumbing repairs/faucets, toilets, tubs, heating
• Electrical/changing light fixtures, outlets, switches, etc.
• Carpentry/including kitchen renovation
• Apartment turns/make ready work
• Appliance installation
• Snow removal/plowing and snow blowing
• Drywall repair
• On call rotation
• Minimum 3 years' experience
