Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds & Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities through a variety of maintenance tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing excellent service. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for all. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal functionality. Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic appeal. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies. Collaborate with team members to develop preventive maintenance schedules and procedures. Perform various duties on property. Assist in grooming Tennis and Bocce courts

Skills :

Experience in residential painting with attention to detail. Solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on repair experience. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Capability to maintain equipment and systems efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
