Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dependable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Person to join our team at Sea Dip Beach Resort a beachfront condominium in beautiful Daytona Beach, FL. This role involves general maintenance duties, minor repairs, and helping maintain the cleanliness and functionality of common areas to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our residents and guests. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks (e.g., painting, plumbing, light electrical) Inspect and maintain common areas including hallways, elevators, pool area, and exterior grounds Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management Assist with seasonal maintenance tasks such as pressure washing or storm prep Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained Work closely with the property manager to prioritize and complete tasks Requirements Previous experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or building upkeep preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Strong communication and problem-solving skills Must pass a background check
