Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Worker position. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining physical structures of commercial and/or residential buildings, as well as completing assigned work orders and supporting the preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of technical experience in maintenance General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or painting, as well as HVAC and/or grounds maintenance is required Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more! Pay Range:

$16.69 - $19.80 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
