Candidates must have experience maintaining both high-end residential properties and commercial landscapes.

Responsibilities:

Lead or assist with the daily management of a landscape maintenance crew Complete assigned maintenance routes efficiently and on schedule Perform mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, and blowing Maintain high-quality standards at luxury residential and commercial properties Inspect all work and correct issues before leaving each property Manage crew productivity, equipment care, materials, and jobsite safety Identify and report irrigation, turf, plant health, and property concerns Communicate effectively with supervisors, account managers, and crew members Assistant Foremen must be prepared to lead the crew when the Foreman is unavailable

Requirements:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license required Experience in both high-end residential and commercial landscape maintenance required Previous crew leadership experience required for Foreman applicants Leadership experience preferred for Assistant Foreman applicants Must be dependable, organized, and able to work outdoors in Florida conditions Must be able to safely operate commercial landscape equipment Strong attention to detail and quality required Full-time positions with competitive pay based on experience.
