Full Time/ Part Time RV Resort Maintenance Associate Job description Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a maintenance associate, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will create memorable experiences for our guests. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will help maintain smooth operations and contribute to the overall level of guest satisfaction and success of our resort environment. Pool Operation Pressure washing Mowing and edging Trimming Bushes Light maintenance Monitor the property daily to include preventative maintenance, resident safety, and regulatory compliance. Provide updates on property conditions, ongoing repairs, and maintenance requests. Assist with the setup, breakdown, and general support of resident social activities, parties, and fundraising events held on the property. Support management staff with special projects as needed. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property by keeping sidewalks, walkways, and grounds free of debris. Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in community maintenance or a related field required. Working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, drywall repair, painting, apartment renovations, and general carpentry . Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members, residents, vendors, and visitors. Ability to maintain the appearance and upkeep of the property, including exterior grounds and common areas, according to established standards. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with individuals. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds , bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods. Must be able to perform physical tasks requiring a full range of motion. Experience High School Diploma or GED. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and reliable. Maintain a professional appearance. Availability to work flexible shifts to include weekends and holidays.

Job Type:
Full-time 40-hour work week with 1 of the days being on the weekend. Part-time ~24-hour work week with 1 of the days being on the weekend.
Pay:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour
