Additional cleaning, sweeping, and removal of debris from pool, clubhouse, parking and common areas as directed by supervisor. This is a morning only position with fixed hours of 5:00am - 10:00am M-F. Duties Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing surfaces to ensure cleanliness and safety. Monitor and adjust pool chemistry by balancing pH levels, chlorine, alkalinity, and other water treatment chemicals to maintain optimal water quality as supervised. Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems using hand tools and power tools. Conduct regular inspections of pool plumbing systems and mechanical components to identify issues early. Operate company vehicles safely to transport equipment, chemicals, or supplies between sites while adhering to all safety protocols. Handle water treatment chemicals responsibly, following all safety guidelines for chemical agent handling to prevent accidents or contamination. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical usage logs, safety inspections, and incident reports to ensure compliance with health standards. Skills Strong knowledge of pool plumbing systems, mechanical components, and troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment repair. Experience with water treatment chemical handling and understanding of pool chemistry balancing principles. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for equipment maintenance. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and patrons when needed. Outdoor work experience with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly.
