Full Job Description Requirements:

have own tools and experience with apartment maintenance Must speak English Spanish preferrred Valid Driver License and vehicle

Need Resume Experience:

2-3 yrs.

Duties:

Proactively inspect buildings, grounds and other community features for safety Prepare make ready Prepare units for HUD Inspections install water heaters complete work orders on a timely manner and complete and turn in service request correctly each day Communicate well with residents Employment background screening, criminal and DMV is required

Mon•Fri 8am•5pm Weekends if needed
