Job Description
Perform minor repairs Do common area/yard upkeep by hedging, weeding, collecting trash etc. Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, painting, pressure washing, and installing mailbox posts,etc. Maintain all plantings, and shrubs around the property common areas and community owned homes Maintain, service, clean and properly store equipment Inspect and repair minor damages to building surfaces Maintain all irrigation around the property Maintain cleanliness of property restrooms Report to community manager for issues Perform other related duties and activities Must be able to work outside in the the Florida heat and humidity
