Maintenance Assistant - Assisted Living Facility Water's Edge of Lake Wales is seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Assistant to join our team at our welcoming assisted living community. Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility to ensure safety and functionality Conduct inspections of common areas, resident rooms, and outdoor spaces Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of equipment and facilities Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs Assist with setup and breakdown for community events and activities Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility policies

Skills and Qualifications:
