The ideal candidate will have experience with lawn care, property maintenance, and equipment operation. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn and grow with the company. Responsibilities & Experience Experience with some or all of the following is a plus: Bush hogs Weed whackers/string trimmers Blowers Chainsaws Excavators Kaisers Trucks and other equipment General property maintenance and small-scale rehab work Lawn care and cleanup We handle a variety of projects, from smaller maintenance jobs to operating heavy equipment and completing larger property rehabilitation work. What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Hardworking with a positive attitude Willing to learn new skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Equipment operating experience preferred Clean background required Must maintain a drug-free workplace lifestyle Valid driver's license preferred Why Join Us?
