We are currently seeking a Semi-Skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with general construction, maintenance, and repair tasks, and be comfortable working in a team environment.

Schedule :

Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 3:30 pm) Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform semi-skilled labor tasks for construction, renovation, and maintenance projects Assist with the maintenance and repair of streets, parks, buildings, and other facilities Use various tools and equipment for tasks such as masonry, drywall, glass installation, stucco, cabinet installation, trim carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical work Assist with job site preparation and cleanup Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:

Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Experience as a handyman or in trades such as carpentry, plumbing, concrete work, electrical, or similar construction experience is preferred Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving materials
