Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Maintenance Worker at the Miami Youth Academy in Miami, FL✨ Miami Youth Academy is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for male youth aged 14 to 18. This program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based substance abuse services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while in the program. We welcome ALL who are passionate about making a difference! Pay:

$21.00 per Hour Performance-based compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%,4%, or 6%) Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (at 60 days for Hourly employees and 90 days for Salaried) Choice of Supplemental benefits, including Short-Term Disability and increased Life Insurance. Eligible for a 100% 401 (k) match of up to 6% of your salary after 1 year of employment. Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues.
